As you know now a days various diseases takes place in our
daily life schedules. One of the most common symptoms a doctor treat. In our
rush life many people have a headache which become most danger diseases for
them. There are many headache and their pain is slightly different for each
one.
The most common headache are:
Migraine: This headache occurs more commonly in women than
men. It is periodic headaches which are usually one-sided are more often accompanied
by visual disturbance and vomiting.
Tension Headache: This is also related to migraine but
manifest through the somatic nervous system instead of trough the autonomic
system.
Yogic management for relief in headache.
1- Asana- Pawanmuktasana part1, surya namskar
2- Pranayama: Bhramari, nadi shodhana, gentle bhastrika
3- Shatkarma- Kunjal and neti daily. Shankhaprakshalana
4- Relaxion: yoga nidra daily
5- Diet- A simple vegetarian diet is recommended. Avoid rich
food
6- Fasting- skipping a meal and relaxing for ten minutes in

Yoga for Asthma
As all now that Asthma is a common and distressing condition
which is characterized by recurrent attacks of spasm of the rubes of the lungs
resulting in wheezing, coughing and a sense of suffocation.
Attack of asthma may last for only a few minutes or may
continue for hours for even days, leaving the sufferer in stage of physical,
mental and emotional exhaustion.
Causes of Asthma
There are multifactor for Asthma like psychological,
hereditary and allergic factors have all been implicated and are found to
overlap variably from one patient to another.
Generally the asthmatic is one who has undergone form of
painful rejection or loss early in life, which he has been unable to accept
subconsciously, even if his conscious mind has come to term with it.

2- Asana: Pawanmuktasana series for a week.
3- Pranayama: This is important in averting acute attack by strengthening
the entire nervous system.
